Andrea Garcia began their career in 2015 as HR Manager at Punto Digital. In 2019, they took on a role as Intern at Dromeinter, S.A. and also began working as CLO Assistant at the US Embassy Honduras. In 2021, they became Operations Manager at ProfiTrust.

Andrea Garcia has a comprehensive education history. Andrea received their High School Diploma from Macris School in 2012, their Licenciada en Administraci贸n de Empresas from Universidad Cat贸lica de Honduras 'Nuestra Se帽ora Reina de la Paz' in 2019, and is currently pursuing their Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Universidad de La Rioja. In addition to their formal education, Andrea has obtained several certifications, including Digital Marketing from Google in 2020, Claves para gestionar personas from IESE Business School in 2019, Project Management Certification from International Business Management Institute (IBMI) in 2019, Negocios Internacionales from Fundaci贸n Universitaria Konrad Lorenz in 2018, Relaciones Interpersonales from INFOP in 2018, and Fundamentos del Coaching from Aden Business School.
