Tom Wyche currently serves as Principal Scientist at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, a position held since December 2024. Prior to this role, Tom held the title of Associate Principal Scientist at Merck from April 2017 to November 2024. Tom's academic background includes a Postdoctoral Fellow position at Harvard Medical School from July 2014 to April 2017 and an Analyst role at Covance from May 2008 to July 2009. Tom earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where studies were conducted from 2009 to 2014, following an earlier degree earned at the same institution from 2005 to 2008.
