Kai Moss is a Senior Director and Global Head of Executive Search at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, bringing extensive experience in talent acquisition and insights from previous roles at Genentech, where notable positions included Insights Partner for People Insights Americas and Principal Manager/Head of Talent Competitive Intelligence. Kai also held leadership roles at The Right Phenotype, LLC as Principal, and at Biosearch, LLC as Director of Executive Recruiting, along with earlier experience as an Executive Recruiter at both Biosearch and The Agency Worldwide.
