Carlos Sarabia is currently the Director of Sales for Latin America at Versalift. Prior to joining Versalift, Sarabia served as a Manufacturing Consultant at Big Tex Trailers. In this role, they were focused on the 5S manufacturing model and helped to organize and streamline the manufacturing process at the company's Idaho and Chihuahua Mexico facilities.
Before their time at Big Tex Trailers, Sarabia worked as an HR Consultant at Stant USA Corporation. Carlos was responsible for solving a variety of management issues, including those related to manufacturing operations, recruiting and hiring, and government incentives. Carlos also played a key role in negotiating labor contracts with unions and expanding the company's business operations into new international markets such as the Czech Republic, China, Mexico, South Korea, and Michigan.
Sarabia began their career in 1998 as the Personnel Director at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing. Carlos was hired to help establish a new 2 billion investment manufacturing facility. Carlos then went on to serve as the Personnel Director at Molex from 1989 to 1998. In this role, they were responsible for recruitment, safety, training, and development. Carlos concluded their career at Motorola Broadband Communication Sector (formerly General Instrument) where they served as the Recruitment, Safety, Training & Development Manager from 1985 to 1989.
Carlos Sarabia completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Instituto Tecnológico de Tijuana.
