Carlos Cordova Niewold has extensive work experience in information security and management. Carlos is currently the Head of Information Security at Veritran, a global company specializing in digital solutions development. Prior to this, Carlos worked as a Senior Information Security Advisor at VTTI B.V., an energy storage provider. Carlos also served as the Chief Information Security Officer at Paysafe Group, a global payment solutions provider. Carlos has held various leadership positions at Ingenico ePayments, including Vice President and Director of Information Security Management. Carlos has also worked at Royal Vopak as the Global Information Security Officer and Corporate Information Security Officer, and at StepStone as the Security and Office Infrastructure Director. Additionally, Carlos started their career at Getronics as a Security Consultant and Technical Support Engineer.

Carlos Cordova Niewold received their M.Sc. degree in the Faculty of Applied Earth Sciences (formerly Faculty of Mining and Petroleum Engineering) from Delft University of Technology, where they studied from 1991 to 2000.
