Bob Hindman is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the chemical and specialty ingredients industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales - North America at Verdant Specialty Solutions since August 2024, Bob leads a 20+ member sales team focusing on Consumer Products and Distribution Markets. Prior roles include Sales Manager at Stepan Company, where Bob managed various sales teams supporting surfactant products, and Director of Global Enterprise Accounts at Tate & Lyle, responsible for strategic growth with key food and beverage partners. Previous experience includes significant positions at BASF, where Bob led global teams for the Home and Personal Care Industries, and Trilogy Fragrances LLC as Vice President and Global Director of Sales. Bob Hindman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Chemistry from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
