Ciara Cravens has an extensive work history in various fields. Ciara began their career as a Gymnastics and Cheerleading Instructor at Flip Zone in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Customer Lead at Food Lion before transitioning to a role as a Police and Fire Dispatcher at the Jacksonville Police Department in 2015.

In 2018, Ciara took on multiple roles simultaneously.
