Elizaveta Koryagina has extensive experience in corporate law and finance, currently serving as the Head of M&A, Corporate and Finance Legal at МегаФон since April 2011. Prior to this role, Elizaveta was the Head of Corporate Governance at SYNTERRA CJSC from 2007 to April 2011 and held the position of Head of Repoffice and Legal Counsel at Metromedia International Group from 1993 to 2006. Elizaveta's educational background includes a degree from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) (1985-1990), studies at the Academic Law University under the Institute of State and Law of the Russian Academy of Science (2000-2003), and ongoing education at the Институт Экономики РАН, where Elizaveta is pursuing a degree in economic management.
