Cathleen Vilmont is an experienced IT Support Specialist currently employed at Vera French Community Mental Health Center since February 2023, where responsibilities include providing help desk assistance, maintaining user accounts, managing hardware and software, and ensuring system backups and security. Previous roles include adjunct faculty positions at Black Hawk College and Brown Mackie College, as well as a Customer Service Manager at McDonald's and an Area Representative for the World Heritage Organization. Cathleen holds a graduate degree in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism from Loras College, along with a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Augustana College and a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from Western Illinois University. Additional experience includes a Graduate Assistant role in the Educational Leadership Department at Western Illinois University and an Adjunct Teaching Assistant position at Ashford University.
