Amy Attridge has a significant amount of work experience, starting in 2006 as an Account Manager at Bray Leino. Amy then moved on to venturethree in 2010, where they held various roles including Senior Project Manager, Senior People & Planning Manager, Head of People, and currently, Head of People & Operations.

Amy Attridge completed their GCSE's with 10 grades A-C at The Park Community School from 1994 to 1999. From 1999 to 2002, they pursued A levels in Biology (B), Psychology (B), Law (A), and Graphic Design (A) at Petroc Official. Amy then obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology from Nottingham Trent University between 2002 and 2005. Finally, in 2014 and 2015, they achieved a Level 5 qualification in Human Resource Management and became CIPD qualified.
