Santhosh Chikkegowda currently serves as the Technical Safety and Fire Protection Lead at Venture Global LNG, focusing on the Calcasieu Pass 2 (CP2) Liquefied Natural Gas Export Project, while also holding a Technical Safety position at Audubon Companies in the same project. Prior experience includes roles as Process Safety at Modec International Inc. and Principal Safety and Loss Prevention Engineer at SBM Offshore, where responsibilities encompassed executing safety systems and managing safety design on various projects. Santhosh Chikkegowda began a career in safety engineering as a Safety Risk Engineer at WS Atkins and has held research assistant positions at Gerdau Ameristeel and National Aerospace Laboratories. Educational credentials include a Master of Engineering Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lamar University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
