Erin Houck has held various roles in the field of client services. From 2004 to 2014, they worked at T-System formerly Marina Medical Billing Service, Inc. where they served as a Client Service Executive and later as the Director of Client Service. In 2014, they joined Ventra Health as the Senior Director of Client Services.

Erin Houck holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Richmond.
