Previously, Erika worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Drake International from November 2009 to October 2012, contributing to innovative staffing solutions globally. Earlier experience includes roles at Design Group Staffing LTD and ATS Reliance, where Erika specialized in various recruitment solutions within engineering and other sectors.
