Lindsay Austin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lindsay began their career as a Sales Associate at Abercrombie Boys & Girls in 2007, where they developed strong customer service skills and managed inventory. In 2009, Lindsay joined bebe as a Stylist/Visual Assistant/Mid-shift Manager, overseeing sales floor employees and contributing to store design. Lindsay then worked at GUESS?, Inc. as a Visual Assistant, collaborating with management on window displays, styling mannequins, and managing e-commerce orders. Lindsay joined Sienna Brown in 2014 as a Retail Sales Manager, a position they held until 2018. During their tenure, they were responsible for day-to-day operations and achieved sales targets. Lindsay briefly worked as a Chief Operating Officer at Jafari LLC from 2018 to 2019, overseeing operational functions. Lindsay then joined The Grand Havanna Room as a Hostess until 2019. Currently, Lindsay is employed at Velvet by Graham & Spencer as a Sales Supervisor, a position they have held since November 2019.

Lindsay Austin attended FIDM from 2008 to 2010 where they obtained an Associates degree in Visual Communications. Lindsay also attended The Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising during the same time period, earning an Associates of Arts degree in Visual Communications as well.
