Mathieu Senard has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Mathieu co-founded Alter Eco Foods in 2004 and served as co-CEO until October 2018. Prior to that, they were the Brand Development Manager at Pommery Champagne (LVMH Group) from 2001 to 2004, where they focused on business development in the Western U.S. Mathieu also co-founded Pure Planet LLC in 2008. In addition to their business ventures, they co-founded the EarthQuake Association in 1994 and served as the Siem Reap Orphanage Manager at Krousar Thmey Foundation in 1993.

Mathieu Senard completed their MBA in Business Administration from IEA-Paris between 1993 and 1996. Mathieu also obtained an MA in Communication from California State University, Long Beach, where they studied from 1999 to 2002.
