Gina Olson has a wealth of experience in the customer success and business development fields. Gina began their career in 1995 as an Account Executive and Telecommunications Sales Manager for Selectron Technologies, Inc. In 1999, they were promoted to Vice President, Director of Sales & Marketing, and then Vice President, Director of Marketing and Vice President, Client Services. Gina also held the role of Marketing Manager. In 2014, Olson moved to Accela, where they were a Senior Account Manager - Pacific Northwest and Customer Success Manager. In 2017, they joined Computronix as a Business Development Account Manager & Solution Consultant. Finally, in 2019, Olson joined Oracle as a CX Account Executive, and in 2021, they were promoted to Director, Customer Success at Velosimo.
Gina Olson holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and Management and Communications from Oregon State University and has completed extended studies in International Business at Aarhus University. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: Technical Sales: The Role of the Sales Engineer from LinkedIn in January 2018, and Accela Bronze Certified Implementation Professional from Accela in March 2016.
