Christy Herston has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Christy started their career as an Account Executive at Comcast from 1999 to 2001, where they consistently exceeded sales goals and focused on cold calling to acquire new advertisers. Christy then worked as an Account Executive at Cox Media in Phoenix, AZ from 2001 to 2003, again exceeding sales goals and cold calling to generate new business.

Following that, Christy worked as an Account Executive at WZTV-Fox 17 from 2003 to 2004, where they extensively cold called and collaborated with local businesses, national accounts, and advertising agencies. Christy then transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry, starting as a Senior Sales Consultant at Novartis Pharmaceuticals from 2004 to 2009. In this role, they successfully launched new products, achieved early promotions, and surpassed national goals while expanding the breadth of prescribers.

From 2009 to 2010, Christy served as a Specialty Sales Representative at Pfizer/Publicis. Christy promoted various pharmaceutical products and held a leadership role as the Tennessee State Liaison. Most recently, they joined Vein Clinics of America in 2011 as a Senior Medical Sales Liaison. Their responsibilities in this role include building partnerships, educating medical providers and the public, and developing strategic initiatives to increase referrals and profitability for the Nashville clinic.

Throughout their career, Christy has consistently demonstrated strong sales skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and maintain partnerships.

Christy Herston attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 1992 to 1997. Christy pursued a double major in Advertising and Psychology while also completing a minor in Business Administration. Christy earned their Bachelor of Science degree at MTSU.
