Frank Stam is an experienced professional in industrial safety, currently serving as an Adviseur Industriële Veiligheid at Veiligheidsregio Twente since April 2017, where responsibilities include advising on safety technical aspects of large industrial companies and conducting Seveso and company fire inspections in collaboration with other safety regions. In addition, Frank has been a Brandweervrijwilliger with Brandweer Twente since October 2017. Prior experience includes serving as a Brzo inspecteur at Omgevingsdienst Regio Nijmegen, a Toezichthouder/Coördinator with Provincie Overijssel overseeing the IPPC process and waste industry, and a Toezichthouder/Vergunningverlener with Gemeente Hengelo. Frank holds a degree in Hoger laboratorium onderwijs, Chemie from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, obtained between 1998 and 2004.
