Regina Dixon is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in emergency dispatch and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Communications Specialist at South Sound 911 since January 2024, Regina has a strong foundation in emergency response, previously working as an Emergency Dispatcher at both the University of Washington and South Sound 911. Prior roles include Telecommunications Operator at Bellaire Police Department and Operations Manager at Off Duty Services. Regina holds a Bachelor of Science in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston-Downtown and several relevant associate degrees from Houston Community College, including Nursing Practice and Communication.
