Petra Kruijt is an experienced coach and trainer currently working at Poised Coaching since November 2020 and has been a trainer and (team) coach as well as a policy advisor for Veiligheidsregio IJsselland since July 2008. Petra also held the position of owner, coach, and trainer at ROOTS Coaching & Training from December 2018 to November 2021, focusing on team effectiveness and personal life coaching. Prior to these roles, Petra served as a team leader/senior policy advisor at Dienst Nationale Recherche and as a trainer, consultant, and lead auditor at TNO Management Consultants. Petra has completed extensive education in coaching, mediation, and safety training, earning a degree in counselor/coach with a specialization in stress and burnout management.
