Alyssa Holmes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service operations and field management. Currently serving as the Manager of Field Service Cost & Quality and previously as the Director of Service Operations at Flock Safety, Alyssa has achieved significant productivity improvements, including a 50% increase in scheduling efficiency in 2022 and a 36% increase in 2023 without adding new team members. Prior to Flock Safety, Alyssa worked at Tesla, where mobile service capacity in New England grew by 34.6%, and at Sears Home Services, where leadership of 30 field technicians resulted in a 36% increase in ancillary revenue. Alyssa’s military background includes service as a Cable Systems Installer/Maintainer in the US Army.
