Merve Öngel has a diverse work experience. Merve started their career at ERKUNT SANAYI A.S in 2015 as an Industrial Performance Trainee. Merve then moved on to Ford Otosan, where they worked on a project called "Bitirme Projesi." In 2016, they joined ENDEL Industrial Products Group as a Production and Production Planning Trainee.

In 2018, Merve joined RUTAÅŸ as an ERP Project Manager, where they were responsible for activities such as analysis, design, development, and testing of ERP implementation and migration. Merve also collected needs and wrote specifications, as well as developed new functionalities.

In 2020, Merve worked at Endoks Energy as an ERP Specialist for a brief period. Merve then joined IAS - Industrial Application Software Türkiye, where they held multiple roles. Merve started as a Consultant, working with clients across diverse industries to design and build innovative solutions for their needs. Merve was also responsible for implementing and providing support for Enterprise Resource Planning systems. In 2022, Merve transitioned to the role of Software Engineer in the same company.

Merve Öngel completed their undergraduate studies at Anadolu University from 2011 to 2017. Merve obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering during this period.
