Michal F. is a Senior Software Developer at Global App Testing since June 2016, leading teams from both management and technical perspectives while working on product development with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include providing feedback on interviews, performance reviews, and building reusable, high-quality code, as well as designing and implementing new features and improving GitLab CI/CD pipelines. Prior experience includes Software Engineer roles at Survicate and Nukomeet, where Michal developed React Native applications, and software development at Foap and App'n'roll, focusing on both backend and frontend solutions.
