Laurent Linkens is a seasoned professional in corporate finance, currently serving as a Partner at VD&P Corporate Finance since June 2016, specializing in mergers and acquisitions for small and medium-sized enterprises. In addition to this role, Laurent has been a Guest Professor at Ghent University and a Panel Member for the Excellence Program at Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School since 2020 and 2009, respectively. Previous experience includes positions as an Investment Manager at BlackFin Capital Partners, Corporate Finance at KBC Securities, and involvement in M&A at VD&P Corporate Finance and Deloitte Consulting.
