Sophia Qian has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Officer at VDL ETG since June 2010, where responsibilities include assisting the HR manager in developing and updating the compensation and benefits system to enhance market competitiveness. Prior to this role, Sophia worked as an HR Generalist at Suzhou Wanox Technologies Co., LTD from October 2007 to May 2010, overseeing all HR models. Sophia Qian holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Foreign Trade from Jiangsu University, completed in 2006.
