Rim Bouzidi is a seasoned Human Resources Manager with extensive experience in HR management and administration. Currently working at indie Semiconductor since August 2022, Rim oversees HR operations, employee relations, and onboarding processes. Prior to this role, Rim held positions at SDX Energy Plc as HR Manager and Office Manager, managing HR interactions, maintaining employee records, and coordinating health insurance. Additional experience includes serving as Plant Manager Assistant at Lear Corporation, where responsibilities included budget control and plant KPI management, and as HR Admin Officer at Fujikura Europe Ltd, focusing on personnel transportation and training organization.
