Nicole has held various roles in quality improvement, patient safety, and executive leadership in both non-profit and healthcare organizations. With a Master's degree in Health Care Administration, Plato has effectively managed performance improvement projects, ensured regulatory compliance, and led teams to establish meaningful metrics for quality and safety improvement. At present, Nicole serves as the Director of Patient Safety and Quality Improvement at VCU Health.
