Theo Maat has extensive experience in financial management, currently serving as Controller at VConsyst since February 2019, where responsibilities include the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgeting, and dashboard creation. Since December 2005, Theo has held the position of Financial Manager at Jan Kuipers Nunspeet, contributing to finance and HR management, financial policy, budget oversight, and annual reporting while acting as a strategic partner to the management team and Supervisory Board. Previously, from September 1996 to December 2005, Theo worked as a Junior Manager at Deloitte Accountants, focusing on audit control, internal control, due diligence, and advisory services. Educational background includes studies at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Windesheim, culminating in a VWO degree from Johannes Calvijn Lyceum in 1991.
