Neil Willoughby, the Director of Finance & Administration at the Entomological Society of America, has extensive experience in financial management and budgeting. Prior to their current role, Neil served as Controller at WSF and held a position in Finance & Budgeting at ALEC. Willoughby earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Accounting from Frostburg State University in 1996.
