Harold Dawson currently serves as President at Starcom, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Harold was President at Spark Foundry from June 2019 to December 2023 and held the title of EVP Managing Director at Spark Communications from January 2013 to June 2019. Harold's experience includes serving as SVP Group Media Director at both Initiative Media and Draftfcb and as Associate Media Director at Ammirati Puris Lintas. Early in the career, Harold worked as Media Supervisor at J. Walter Thompson, Assistant Media Director at DMB&B, and Media Planner at Wells Rich Greene. Harold holds a degree in Marketing, Advertising, and Business Management from the University of South Alabama, attained between 1987 and 1991.
