Rachel Leonard has extensive experience in communications and media, currently serving as the Manager of Business Communications at Vaya Health since April 2014, after progressively advancing through roles including Senior Media and Communications Coordinator and Media and Communications Coordinator. Previous experience includes editing for Patch.com, serving as a Program Development Intern at Visions in Action and the International Executive Service Corps, and interning with various organizations such as Kenya AIDs NGOs Consortium (KANCO) and RESULTS/RESULTS Educational Fund. Rachel's journalism background includes reporting at the New York Times Regional Media Group. Academically, Rachel holds an MA in International Affairs from The George Washington University and a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, along with time spent studying at The University of Freiburg.
