Oddvar Ims is currently working at VÃ¥r Energi as a Project Manager for the Balder Grane Electrification project. Prior to their current role, Oddvar has also worked as an R&D Manager at VÃ¥r Energi and as an EICT lead at Eni Norge AS. Oddvar pursued their education at South Dakota Mines from 1995 to 1997.
