Scott Csrnko, PMP, SPC, SA has a wealth of professional experience. Scott started their career in 2011 as a Company Grade Officer in the US Army, where they were responsible for the training, development and well being of Soldiers as part of large scale enterprise organizations. In 2015, they became an Operations and Training team leader for ISRSEC International, LTD., where they introduced project scope requirements and building blocks for the development of a Center of Excellence, to promote best practices both specific and common across the industry. In 2016, they joined Cognizant as a Sr. Manager, Projects, where they served as an Agile Implementation Lead as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach within the Cognizant Digital Enterprise Center of Excellence. In 2018, they joined Red Hat as a Services Manager - Financial Services, where they were responsible for client engagement, account growth and delivery excellence across a portfolio of products and projects. Scott also held the role of Manager, Delivery Lead - Financial Services, and Delivery Manager - Financial Services. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Vannevar Labs as a Mission Development Lead.

Scott Csrnko's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Peace, War, and Defense, History, and Military Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, an Executive Program in Digital Business Strategy from the MIT Sloan School of Management, and a course in Foreign Policy and Treaty Governance from the University of Melbourne. Scott also holds five certifications, including a SAFe Program Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc. (2021), a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute (2018), a SAFe Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. (2017), a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance (2016), and a Team Kanban Practitioner from Lean Kanban Inc. (2016).
