Sowmya Hariharan is the current CEO and President at OM Group. Sowmya has been with the company since March 2003, starting as Vice-President. Sowmya was responsible for day-to-day operations of the company including Finance, Accounting and HR. Sowmya established and managed process for project delivery, time allocation, generating invoices and tracking receivables. Sowmya also negotiated contracts and managed vendor relationships.

Sowmya Hariharan has a Master's Degree in Biochemistry from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology and Biochemistry from the University of Mumbai.

Mahesh Srinivasan - CTO, Aaron Tilock - VP of Strategic Growth, and Theresa Webber - Director of Human Resources report to Sowmya Hariharan.
