Sarah Gard is currently gaining practical experience through shadowing at Sentara Neurosurgery Specialist and Atlantic Orthopaedic Specialists since July 2023 and July 2022, respectively. Additionally, Sarah completed a Sports Medicine Field Study at Virginia Tech from August 2022 to December 2022 and previously shadowed at Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters in June and July 2022. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise with a minor in Psychology from Virginia Tech and graduated with a High School Diploma from Floyd Kellam High School in June 2020.
