Susanna Kemp has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Susanna started their career in 1999 as a Communications Manager at British Council, British Embassy, where they managed the "Study in the UK" outreach program and oversaw communication planning for education promotion activities. Susanna later became the Manager of CRM & Communications, where they managed a global CRM program and spearheaded platform development and deployment.

In 2007, Susanna joined Levine Music as the Director of Summer Music & Arts Day Camp, where they organized and led the annual summer camp, implemented marketing campaigns, and cultivated positive relationships with parents and teachers. Susanna also served as the Director of Registration Systems, where they piloted a custom system design and implemented a new platform in collaboration with a vendor and consortium.

In 2014, Susanna joined Administrative Software Applications, Inc. as the Director of Client Success, where they directed client success teams and facilitated implementations processes for global clients, with a focus on arts/education organizations.

Since 2018, Susanna has been working at Vanco as the Director of Client Success & Implementations, ASAP. In this role, they leverage an education administration SaaS platform to facilitate program management for a large portfolio of clients. Susanna leads a team of four and has been instrumental in capturing new business opportunities and educating prospective clients.

Overall, Susanna has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and communication skills throughout their career, with a focus on client success, program management, and implementation of new platforms.

Susanna Kemp attended Guildhall School of Music & Drama from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a degree in Violin (AGSM). In addition, they have obtained certifications in "Microaggressions in the Workplace V2" and "Preventing Discrimination & Harassment in Offices: CA Managers Edition V5.1" from Traliant in 2023.
