Jeff Jahr is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and quality assurance within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Planning Commissioner for Van Buren Township since December 2017, Jeff previously held the position of Vice President of Engineering and Quality Assurance at Palo Alto Networks from April 2007 to February 2014, where responsibilities included overseeing the testing and release of firewall security platform products. Other notable roles include QA Manager at Trapeze Networks, Senior Test Engineer at TIMetra Networks Inc., and Manager of Software Development Testing at Nortel Networks, among others. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Michigan, earned between 1989 and 1995.
