Maria Sweeney is a Marine Mammal Specialist 1 at Gulf World Marine Park, a position held since March 2020. Previously, Maria served as an Animal Training Intern at Marineland Dolphin Adventure from August 2019 to March 2020, and completed an Animal Husbandry Internship at The Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk in the summer of 2017. During their time at Seton Hall University, where Maria earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from 2015 to 2019, Maria also held positions as a Spin Instructor, Cheerleader, and Hockey Team Manager.
