Joris Bugge is a professional with extensive experience in customer care and operations management. Currently serving as Manager Customer Care at Van Brug Software since November 2023, Joris previously held the position of Manager Uitkeren at UWV from February to November 2023. Earlier roles include Operations, Team Leader, and Account Manager at Zonduurzaam from March 2021 to February 2023, and Supervisor and Trainer at RBA from August 2019 to March 2021. Joris also worked as an Advisor and Supervisor at Indigo BV from 2016 to August 2019. Academically, Joris holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Twente, completed in 2020 and 2019, respectively.
