He is an expert in merger and acquisition advisory, capital raising, and debt restructuring. Mr. Singal began his career in New York City and Los Angeles, spending 10 years at Lehman Brothers and Bear Stearns working in the real estate, lodging, gaming group, and private equity group.

Mr. Singal went to business school at the University of Southern California before beginning his career in investment banking. Mr. Singal is married with two children and is a contributor to the Southern Highlands Charitable Foundation and Three Square charities.
