Deondra Devitt has held various roles in the field of human resources. Deondra began their career at TCS Education System in 2006 as an HR Manager and worked there until 2011. In 2012, they joined Valparaiso University as an Assistant Director, HR Generalist and later became the Executive Director of Human Resources in October 2022.

Deondra Devitt holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
