Sharon L. Headlee, CIC, CRM, CPRIA is an experienced insurance professional with a robust career in various leadership roles within the industry. Currently serving as VP and Director of Personal Insurance at Valley Insurance Services since February 2021, Sharon previously held the position of Southeast Director of Operations at CBIZ Insurance Services, Inc. from January 2018 to February 2021. Prior to that, Sharon directed operations at Celedinas Insurance Group, overseeing multiple departments such as Personal Lines, Private Client, and Employee Benefits from February 2014 to January 2018. Sharon's earlier experience includes serving as Acting Agency Principal and VP of Operations at Gallo Insurance Agency, where management of the agency was conducted in a personal capacity from December 2005 to February 2014, and as Personal Lines Manager at Slaton Insurance from 1998 to 2005.
