Shlomo Gilead has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Their most recent position was as the CEO of ValireSoftware, a cutting-edge solution for internal fraud prevention. Prior to that, they served as the COO of the same company. Before their time at ValireSoftware, Shlomo was the owner of Intuitive, a consultancy and entrepreneurship platform specializing in business strategy and customer insight. Additionally, they co-founded WeeeDrive, an insurtech startup focused on developing driver telematics and a driving coach bot. Earlier in their career, Shlomo held leadership roles at Cal (Israel Credit Cards), where they served as the Chief Strategy Officer, and Discount Bank, where they were the Head of Strategy. Shlomo Gilead also worked at Bank Hapoalim, initially as the Head of Analytics and Database Marketing and later as the Head of Strategy for Private Banking.

Shlomo Gilead pursued their education at Bar-Ilan University from 1989 to 1992, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in the field of Marketing.
