Julia Chow is a legal professional with extensive experience in both corporate and commercial law. Currently serving as the Manager of Strategy and Development (Legal) at Valiram since June 2023, Julia manages legal matters related to the group’s international business dealings. Previous roles include Senior Legal Counsel at Tencent, where responsibilities encompassed a broad range of legal issues, and a Legal Associate at Astro, providing legal advice on commercial and consumer law and overseeing consumer tribunal cases. Julia began career as a Legal Associate at Skrine, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments, and corporate advisory, and initially trained as a Pupil-in-Chambers. Educational credentials include a Bar Professional Training Course from Cardiff University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Reading.
