Theo Penedo has extensive experience in financial management, primarily at Vale, where tenure began in July 2006 and includes roles such as Director of Corporate FP&A and Contracts, where oversight of a team of over 200 employees occurred. In previous positions at Vale, responsibilities encompassed leading global Credit Risk and Insurance functions, managing the Global Back Office department, coordinating significant Corporate Finance projects, and serving on financial committees for subsidiaries. Prior to Vale, experience included roles at Oi S.A. focusing on M&A and investor relations, and an internship at UBS in equity research. Education includes a Master's in Finance and Business Economics from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a graduate degree in Economics from Ibmec.
