Jacob James is an experienced field service technician currently employed at Matrix Design Group LLC since February 2020. Previously, Jacob held positions including maintenance compliance officer at Warrior Coal ARLP, heavy equipment mechanic at Alliance Coal, HVAC service technician at Lee Company, and maintenance technician at Pennyrile Energy / Rhino Coal. Additionally, Jacob worked as a maintenance mechanic at Patriot Coal Corporation for nearly six years. Jacob's educational foundation includes attendance at Madisonville Community College between 2006 and 2007.
