Regis Benard has over 23 years of experience in technical support and training, currently serving as a Technical Account Manager at Vade since May 2010, where responsibilities include providing technical support to customers, responding to product-related queries, and facilitating training sessions on Vade Secure solutions. Prior to this role, Regis worked at Worldline Global for over a decade in various positions, including Training Manager and Technical Support Manager. Regis holds a Master's degree in Social Science Teacher Education from Charles de Gaulle University – Lille III and has additional educational qualifications in Biology and technology from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology and Université catholique de Lille.
