Jackie Delfgaauw has extensive experience in the cruise and customer care sectors, currently serving as Manager of Cruise Operations at Vacations To Go since December 2016. Previous roles at Vacations To Go include Team Manager for Cruises and Customer Care Manager, as well as Cruise Counselor. Prior to this, Jackie held the position of Pack Out Operations Manager at Global Blue Technology from January to May 2016 and worked as Sales Manager at Silverleaf Seaside Resort from May 2014 to September 2015. Jackie earned a Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies from Texas A&M University Galveston Campus, completing the program from 2009 to 2014.
