Manjari Poddar is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in regional HR management. Currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Manager at V-Guard since September 2023, Manjari oversees HR operations for the East Region. Prior to this role, Manjari held various positions at Lifestyle International Pvt Ltd from September 2016 to September 2023, including Regional HR Operation, Senior Cluster HR, and Store HRBP. Manjari's earlier experience includes serving as an HR Manager at Rural Health Care Foundation from April 2014 to September 2016 and as a Human Resources Consultant at Analytic Consultants from June 2013 to March 2014. Manjari holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Heritage Institute of Technology and a B.Pharmacy from NSHM Knowledge Campus, Kolkata.
