Dr. Felix Pfeil currently serves as Chapter Lead HR IT Systems and Manager HR IT Systems at ista, starting in October 2023. Prior to this role, Dr. Pfeil worked at ALDI Nord from March 2020 to October 2023 as Product Owner & Technology Project Manager for HR & Administration, and held positions as Technology Project Manager and Junior IT Project Manager. Dr. Pfeil's academic background includes a research fellowship and doctoral candidacy at Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg within the Chair for Business Management and Marketing, focusing on innovation culture and digital transformation in the automobile industry. Dr. Pfeil has also held roles as a student assistant and tutor, and served as a visiting scholar at Universidad Europea de Valencia. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, a Master of Science in Business Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from prestigious German universities. Areas of expertise encompass B2B marketing, organizational development, corporate culture, and sustainability, among others.
